We have developed a sound infrastructure setup to streamline entire production process of Freeze Dryer, Lyophilizer, Industrial Vacuum Systems and Food Freeze Drying Machine. To ensure hassle free flow of production process, we have segregated our setup in different units and provided them with latest machinery and amenities. Furthermore, we have connected our setup with all major transportations modes to ensure timely delivery at the clients' end. Process Experience: Apart from our manufacturing experience, we have acquired enough process know-how from different industries where we have supplied our machines. Our process know-how includes experience in processing of culinary herbs, medicinal plants, fruit pulps, ice-creams, sticky products, highly volatile content products, pharmaceutical formulations, nutraceuticals etc. This is apart from our processing experience on regular products from fruits, vegetables, spices, marine products, pet foods and instant foods. And we feel this benefits a lot to our existing and future clients.

R & D Facility: We have our PILOT plant for generating samples and to carry out new product research. For all your odd requirements in freeze drying like retention of active ingredients or enzymatic activity in herbal extracts / medicinal formulations, or typical freeze-drying of aloe-vera gel or any other sticky food product, we have the solution for all of them.

Inspection Policy: All our equipment are thoroughly inspected before being dispatched. We take trials in presence of our clients to check the vital parameters like condenser temperature, vacuum level, heating temperature etc. Unless we get satisfactory results, no machine is dispatched to client's site.

After Sales Service: We have a competent team of engineers and technicians to provide timely service backup.
